As a Client Service Specialist at Mullins Financial, Kerstin assists with client requests and supports the firm’s day-to-day administrative operations. Based in Indianapolis, she plays an important role in creating a seamless client experience by managing service requests with organization, efficiency, and care.
Kerstin can assist with new account openings, account maintenance requests such as address and beneficiary changes, asset movement, tax documents, and other account service needs.
She brings extensive administrative and client engagement experience to the team and holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Georgia State University and a second bachelor’s degree in Communication from Utah State University.
Outside of work, Kerstin enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and crafting.
